Hey 👋🏼 I'm Timothy, a late-diagnosed Autistic and the creator of AuDHDly™, a brand centered around everything and anything neurodivergent.
I want to introduce you to a community we're building together: a safe, affirming space for Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults who are tired of masking, tired of feeling misunderstood, not sure where or who to turn to, and just want a place to breathe, belong, and be themselves.
I grew up not knowing I was Autistic, which led to a lot of confusion and difficulty in friendships and relationships. I found myself married and having a child very quickly, which brought extreme overwhelm and burnout. I could no longer keep masking like I had in childhood, and that's when I discovered I was Autistic.
In the midst of all this, I lost most of my friendships. I became depressed, alone, and emotionally exhausted. Therapy wasn't cutting it. I didn't know where to turn or who would understand.
I'm now separated from my wife and more alone than ever.
But I don't want anyone struggling with their neurodivergence to feel like I did.
That's why I created the AuDHDly™ Community.
Whether you're here to make friends, ask questions, get advice, share your special interests, or co-create resources to support our ND community, you're welcome exactly as you are.
We're not just building a Discord community.
We're building a family.
